Daniel was the only sparky who answered his phone when we blew a fuse in our shop during our busiest trading week.

Means a lot to have a company you've never heard of drop everything and be there to help within 45 minutes when it really counts. Our regular sparky didn't want to know us as they were too busy being on holiday.
